have the best blender
in the world
 last night i loaded it up with
green pepper red pepper
celery corn zucchini onion
garlic carrot parsley 
added 1/2 cup water
seasoned with salt & pepper
hit switch & blended it to a
smooth concoction of fresh

garnished with
avocado, green onions & cherry tomatoes
no real cooking involved
"went great with the steaks"
grilled just right
